applicationHost.config File not Visible

The applicationsHost.config file is not visible in Total Commander 8.01 but it is in Windows Explorer. The folder is "c:\windows\system32\intesrv\config". The settings in TC are to show hidden file. Can you help?

I'm not completely sure but when you use a 64-bit OS I guess it's related to this well known issue.
Look in the thread for a possible workaround.
