Hello, var0na.

Kind regards,
Karl
Passive mode is the right choice in most cases.i choose "passive mode"

The dialogue box that you posted as a screenshot has got an "Advanced" tab and an [Advanced] button which both will take you to the same place: "Advanced" tab. There you will find it.where can i find "keep alive" option ?
Kind regards,
Karl
