[Request] Sync dir attributes for Synchronize directories

The function "Synchronize directories", despite the name, is currently more focused on files sync than folders.
I suggest to add for "Synchronize directories" possibility to sync folder attributes, including dates.

* Request: to increase tool's abilities without breaking usability, I suggest to add the same checkbox for same-name folders as for files, which allows to choose compare direction. It will also allow to use sync tool for a niche "just folder attributes sync" use case, when |*.* compare mask is used. Folder attributes sync can also be added to or extended within the existing context menu item currently used for file attributes sync.
