Misaligned checkboxes since TC 6.0

One of the oldest still existing bug.

Really old - since TC 6.0 there are misaligned checkboxes in:

Lister SEARCHTEXT dialog window:
there is 5 pixels between "Whole words only" and "Search backwards", but only 3 pixels between "Search backwards" and "RegEx".

Configuration - Operation tab:
"Auto-complete paths" - should be moved 1 pixel up
"Copy comments with files" - should be moved 2 pixels right.
