First of all, please change "Do not select at least one file in each group" from a negative to an affirmative.

Current: Do not select at least one file in each group
Suggestion: Leave at least one file in each group unselected

Second, disable the deselection methods 1,2,3 when the option is turned off.

Third, left align the deselection methods with the letter D in "Do not select at least one file in each group".
