Problem unpacking encrypted Zip with Windows-Explorer

Following problem:
I create a zip file with encryption in TC.
This zip file should be extracted with Windows-Explorer.
While trying to extract i get the following error message:
"Error 0x80004005 Unknown error".

If the system is relevant:
- Windows 8 Pro
- TC 8.50 Beta 3

Do you have any hints about this?

Explorer does not support AES encrypted zip archives.
Try "Zip 2.0" encryption.
