disable context menu

Is there a way to disable the context menu besides disabling it in windows (7) entirely?

My TC crashes when I open the context menu, because of SugarSync. I don't want to stop using SS. I've tried deleting SS from the context menu and re-installed it and neither helped. The windows explorer, surprisingly, doesn't crash.

Yes, add to wincmd.ini under [Configuration]
RestrictInterface=24

it's a sum of 8 (drive context menu) and 16 (file context menu).
