For a long time I use TotalCommander and decided to renew my version 8.01 I use it in English.
I have only two questions and please if you can help me?

1.How this Confing who is Russian, to be written in English with precision in order to have the effect of colored folders (Example) [Create folders to be colored if new or a modified]

1. You can use it as it is or translate the Russian names, e.g.

I have icons and want to change them?

There are many ready to use icons here

You can also use any icon editor to create your won library.

Collect your icons in one icon library (icl) in the same order as they are in Totalcmd.exe

There are lot of programs you can use to create icon library like this free one GreenFish

After creating and saving your library, let IconLib points to the library file and restart Total Commander.
