How to ALWAYS open Total Commander in 'My Documents'?

This is probably really easy, but I just can't figure out how to do it?

Any help would be deeply appreciated -- thanks in advance!

1. Disable the saving of directories on exit in menu Configuration - Options - Operation - Save on exit.
2. Open the directories in which TC should start (tabs also allowed)
3. Choose menu Configuration - Save settings
