Internal progress windows: call Help via F1 key

Various Total Commander's internal progress windows (aka progress dialogs), like copy progress window, are small but they still have some interactive elements user can use to control the operation. To make accessing help on them easier, I suggest to add support for calling Total Commander Help also from these progress windows using F1 key.
