[FeatureRequest] Button Bar Commands option: Run as Admin

Hi,

For come programs that are needed (for any reasons) to be run as admin, it would be usefull to have such an option available for defining that in Commands. See linked image.

Add a "*" in front of the command or right click the button and select "Run as Admin".
