Some files (folds) with special name can't be found!
Like abc.123.abc_123.txt
Is that a bug?
Thanks!

No, it's not. It's documented in TC's help file which can be opened by pressing F1 in the "Find files" dialog:
TC help wrote:[...]
When the search string contains a dot, Total Commander will look for the exact name match.
So, to find your files/directories, use asterisks/wildcards where necessary.
