Compare / synchronize contents regardless of subfolders

Hi,

I struggle finding a tool that would allow me to compare content (files) between two folders regardless of the folder / directory structure.

I look for something like using ctrl+b and shift+f2 but I would like to have the differences listed like in the synchronize directories tool.

Of course I have tried with different settings of the synchronize directories tool, but i didn't manage to "overcome" the subdirectiories structure.

Example:

LEFT PANEL:
FOLDER_X:
->file1.txt
->file2.txt
->file3.txt

RIGHT PANEL:
FOLDER_Y
->SUBFOLDER1
->>file1.txt
->SUBFOLDER2
->>file2.txt

In this structure i would like to only list that file3.txt is missing on the right side and eventually that file1.txt and file2.txt are equal.

The main purpose is that I have a separate backup drive (plugged once in a while only for backup) and the drive/folders I want to backup are being reorganized, so regardless of the folder structure I want to list only files that are missing on the backup drive.

So please tell me is there a way to do it in TC? With the syncho tool or maybe a plugin?
