The extra ||10001 in the tc9 options is for the View mode for saved tabs.

Sure it does. Right click on a tab - click on Configura view modes - make a view mode where you can set those colors among other things.

Right click the tab again - and select the newly made view mode. To be sure that the view mode sticks you can lock the tab - otherwise the view mode might be overridden by the Automatic Switch Mode if enabled.

10001 is "re-set view mode". It tells TC to re-determine the view mode with the automatic view mode switcher when activating that tab. Initially I was always saving this when automatic view mode switching was enabled. But now it should be set in less situations.
