Post by *CWBillow »

Once the program is started, is there a way to tell whether it is being run elevated -- as Administrator?

I'm not understanding what you mean. I just went and looked at two separate TC instances, one with the shortcut set to run as administrator, and one not, and, I took a shortcut and right-clicked and ran as admin. I saw no difference in the resulting TC instances.

TC main window title has special "^" prefix when it is running elevated.

With limited rights:
Total Commander 9.0?8
With elevation:
username^ - Total Commander 9.0?8
