Well, plugin problem is mostly not a TC bug so plugin's topic would be more appropriate for such question.
But in your case you see '?' because TC doesn't support comparing by contents for file system plugins.

in effect the comparison does, and works well, highlights qurlli that exist only on one side and vice versa, and also those that are different for content.
only those totally equal, he marchia them with a "?" but instead should eliminate them from view.
