Copy file from an archive file to another one

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Copy file from an archive file to another one

Post by *redfox »

TC9 b11

Current behavior:

When I select one file from a decompressed (open) archive (zip etc.) and copy it using F5 to another archive, is is copied with all folder structure from the previous file location.

Expected behavior:

Only the one selected file should be copied, without the folder structure.

I cannot recognize that. Can you give a step by step instruction of what you do - and what do you mean by a decompressed archive - is that an unpacked archive or just an archive you have opened (with Enter / Ctrl-PgDn)?

Yes, this is it. Same with the other archive.

EDIT: I cannot reproduce this bug today anymore, strange. Will continue testing...
