compare contents; setting "show only diff" related

Came to the forums to search if in the "Compare contents" window, the "show only differences, with extra lines" setting is intentionally not saved in the INI. I stumbled upon this link which explains things. Nice feature BTW.

While in that screen though i noticed a minor inconsistency with the listbox containing the number of lines to show:

- Open "Compare contents" window.
- "show only differences, with extra lines" is unchecked, the listbox next to it is enabled.
- Check "show only differences, with extra lines", the listbox remains enabled.
- Uncheck "show only differences, with extra lines", the listbox is disabled.

Following this logic, when opening "Compare contents" window, the listbox should be disabled.

Confirmed fixed in TC9rc3
