Virtual folders / saved search folders

Make virtual folders that consist of a selection of other physical folders, and/or search criteria.

Such a folder should probably be immutable. Files cannot be added to them (because where would they go physically?), only replacing and deleting would be possible.

One caveat is that when a virtual folder is a saved search folder, TC would probably have to do something smart to track changes to the folders involved, and index the properties that are being searched for. It might become very slow otherwise.

Temporarypanel is only 32bit and was last updated in 2003
Virtualpanel works but has many small problems.
Its time for TC to have such function in native code.
