Are there any disadvantages at all to not starting Total Commander as administrator under Windows 10?
I can't seem to find any, I'm just wondering if there are any restrictions.

It's not a good idea: All programs you start from TC will then also run as administrator. It's as if you turned off user account control altogether. Therefore you should only run TC as admin when you need to do extensive admin work, like copying data between user accounts.

In my case, I've had to start TC with no admin rights
I use Winamp a lot, but if I play or enque media files from TC (with admin rigths) to Winamp it take loooong time to Winamp to respond (several seconds).
I've tried to start TC and Winamp as well with admin rights, but that program itself shows a warning to not do that...
If someone has been through this and found an alternative solution... it would be welcome here!
It would be great to run TC with admin rights for me (I'm always messing on Program Files and Windows folder), but Winamp is my restriction... Maybe it is time to move to AIMP...
