In a menu that is too long for the screen it has to be scrolled down by the arrow in the lower left corner of the menu.
If TC is shown on a second screen that is smaller than the main screen, then the scroll arrow is not shown - If I move TC to the main screen, then the scroll arrow is shown.

I only have a dual screen system for Windows 7, and only whith a larger main screen and a smallr right screen, so I cannot say whether this also applies to Windows 10 (wich handles multiplel screens differently from Windows 7), and I cannot say whether it only applies to a smaller right screen.

Unfortunately this seems to be a Windows bug. TC doesn't set the menu height or the arrows, that's done by Windows.
