reread srcource command should refreshthe color scheme too

i have a very limited color scheme based on the file modified time. (there is a file type modified in 3minutes)


I notice when tc itself's folder refresh will refresh the color scheme as well, while the internal command cm_rereadsrc do not.

are there any reason for it work like this?
