Greetings.
Right Alt +right Shift +enter command stopped working after reinstalling windows (went from win7 to win10)
left alt_shift_enter is working as it should... no other programms that changes global keyboard layout.
If anyone could help - this will be awesome)

It is often software for controlling your Graphic Card that is responible and "steals" certain keypresses - see: viewtopic.php?p=351923#p351923
