alt+shift+enter stopped working after reinstalling windows (win7 to win10)

Greetings.
Right Alt +right Shift +enter command stopped working after reinstalling windows (went from win7 to win10)
left alt_shift_enter is working as it should... no other programms that changes global keyboard layout.
If anyone could help - this will be awesome)

It is often software for controlling your Graphic Card that is responible and "steals" certain keypresses - see: viewtopic.php?p=351923#p351923

The "US international" keyboard defines the right <ALT> key as <ALT GR> (same as <ALT+CTRL>) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AltGr_key#US-International

if you don't like this change the keyboard layout to "US" : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-keyboard-layout-windows-10
