buying a key but not received yet

I bought a key of Total Commander online through official site and finished the order by 2checkout at 2020/08/28.Then I received an email from 2checkout that inform me the key should arrive in 24-48 hours. But till now my mail box gets nothing containing my key yet. When is it possible to get it? Otherwise I have to give up this software and ask for a refund.

Do you know it's Weekend?
You have bought on Friday, and now its just Sunday.

The key you will get if the people behind TC will go to work again, probably tomorrow on Monday, and/or take a look in the spam folder.


Till then please be patient. Also you can use TC without any key up to 30 days.

Perhaps Ghisler could add a note in FAQ that the key will only be delivered during weekdays.

We also send keys on Sundays, so you should normally receive your key within 24 hours on week days, and 48 hours during weekends.
Please contact me to support at ghisler dot com if you didn't receive your key by now.
