Synchroinize directories: show error messages when copying file properties fails

Just like Change Attributes dialog, Sync Tool doesn't copy the timestamp to files in locations where elevation is required to set it. However, in this case Change Attributes shows an error like this one:

Sync tool doesn't show any kind of errors. Is this intentional? Maybe above error dialog, for Sync tool, could be adapted by adding some skip and ignore options so it wouldn't appear for each file or even at all if user finds it annoying?
