Synchronize directories - Delete Left / Delete Right does not work

Hi all,

I am using TC 10.00 on Windows 10 20H2 (19042.1348) and I just found out that deleting files within this "function" using menu "<- Delete Left" or
"-> Delete right" does not work at all on my computer.

And the files are not read-only!

Does somebody already know this issue?
Is there an option which has to changed to get it running?
Or is it reall a bug?

Works as designed, no problem here.

Sorry, I think the problem was that the files have been opened and there was no message.
May be this is the bug...
