[TC 11.03] Illogical sequence of parameters in the Help for Change button bar

In the Help for "Change button bar" the item %Q is placed in-between the list parameters - it should be placed before the %v parameter.

And the %WL,%WF parameters should be placed before the %UL,%UF parameters to reflect the order in the "header" of this section (%L, %l, %F, %f, %D, %d, %WL, %WF, %UL, %UF) - or maybe better: the header should be changed to: %L, %l, %F, %f, %D, %d, %UL, %UF, %WL, %WF
