[TC 11.03] no error when deleting/renaming user-defined command failed

• Make sure you have created one or more user-defined commands.
  (execute cm_commandbrowser, choose category usercmd.ini and and a new command)
• Find the file usercmd.ini (in the same folder as your wincmd.ini file) and make the file read only.
• Adding a new command user-defined command or editing one in the command browser (cm_commandbrowser) results in an error.
• Deleting or renaming/copying a user-command fails without error. However, when deleting, the command is (temporarily) removed from the list in the command browser.

This should be fixed in Total Commander 11.50 beta 1, please check it!
