Confirmed. When you then move the mouse cursor away and back to the button, it will again have a line break.

This should be fixed in Total Commander 11.50 beta 1, please check it!
08.08.24 Fixed: Button bar: Button tooltips didn't always support line breaks via | character, e.g. when opening and closing a submenu or navigating the bar with Alt+Shift+F11 (32/64)
