[TC 11.50b1] saving to icon -> .ico always saves icon from default library

• Execute cm_IconConfig, click "Set default icon library" and choose the second library.
• Right-click a button on the button bar and select Change.
• Click the new -> .ico button.
• Save the icon.

Instead of the displayed icon, the corresponding icon from the default library is saved.

Probably because TC always shows WCMICONS.DLL in the dialog no matter which default library that is chosen.

Confirmed. Fortunately there is a simple function I can call to use the replacement library.

This should be fixed in 11.50 beta 2, please check!

11.10.24 Fixed: Configure button bar/single button or configure internal command: New button "->.ico" always saved the icon from default library wcmicons.dll instead of the one chosen by the user (32/64)

Tested OK using TC 11.50b2 32-bit and 64-bit.

Also tested with wciconex.dll and my own dll.
