[TC 11.50b1 x32/x64] Minor visual issues in Options dialog

Check this image.

Some minor visual issues in the Options dialog. All of them are in the x64 version, except the last one which is in x32.

Some of these have already been reported. Unfortunately the vertical alignment of controls can't be fixed because it depends on the used theme where exactly the top of a control starts. Some start directly at the coordinate where the control was placed, but others have an extra shadow above the line, or even a blank line.

I'm talking about vertical horizontal alignment. (edited too late, sorry for the mistake)

- In the first image (Display), it seems as if the Append checkbox is over the "pixels" textbox. Simply moving the textbox to "front" should fix it. In the x32 version it appears OK, only the x64 version has this issue.

- In the 2nd image, the issue is with the horizontal alignment. As also shown in image 4, between the x32 and x64 versions, the combobox between the "lister" and the button has been moved slightly. Maybe if it had 1 pixel shorted width (in both 32/64 versions), it would fit between the "lister" combobox and the button and also have 1 pixel spacing.

- In the 3rd image (7zip packer) again in the x32 version it appears OK, only the x64 version has this issue. It seems again as if the "create solid archive" textbox is over the textbox. If it was moved to the back, the issue should be fixed.

The problem is also the auto-adjust function, which scales and moves controls, which causes also misalignment.
