[TC 11.50b7] Different TcUsbRun.exe

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Sorry, I'm not sure is that a bug or should be by design.
I've just noticed that TcUsbRun.exe files are different by their content in tc1150x32_64_b7, tc1150x32_b7, tc1150x64_b7.
