In the forum we have seen a user which cache size was about 131 GB
A little bit too much.
There should be a config entry in the GUI with a moderate default limit.

I'm not keeping track of which thumbnail was loaded first, so there is no way to remove older thumbnails when the cache gets too large, sorry.
