Log file needs to be able to keep track of newly created files

Post by *pgpg »

I would suggest that the log file must be able to keep track of newly *created* files (something that it does not seem to do now)

TC does log creation of new files if you create them with Shift+F4.

TC has no way of knowing which files are created by other programs or via the right-click menu. TC only logs actions that is performed by TC.

I thought we WERE in the suggestion platform - at least this is what the top header says:

It says so now - because your original post, which was in the "TC11.x bug reports (English)" section, is now moved to the "TC suggestions (English)" section by mr. Ghisler.
