Display the same info during file copy and synchronization

Post by *Galizza »

I'd like to suggest that the same information that is currently displayed during file synchronization be displayed during the copy process.

Currently, during file copy, only the following information is displayed :

Current file number
Amount of data copied so far

However, during synchronization, more information is displayed :

Current file number / Total files to copy
Amount of data currently copied so far / Total data to copy

Since both windows are similar in size, i hope you consider implementing this feature, as, IMHO, this information will be useful to most users. Thank you.

The "Total files to copy" value isn't shown when it isn't available, e.g. because you have disabled "Calculate space occupied by directories" - "before copying/deleting" in "Configuration" - "Options" - "Operation".

"Total files to copy" isn't available either when you already retrieved the total size of the directory (automatically or manually), or when copying from/to ftp servers. With sync, all information is available as shown in the sync dialog.
