Support for relative program/folder links using relative.exe

Hi,
there is this program called relative.exe that allows me to create relative links under Windows. You can use it to create folder / program shortcuts for your thumbdrive and because if they are the relative ones, you don't have to worry if the thumbdrive letter changes. Unfortunately, when you open a link created by the program in tcmd, you get a new explorer window opened.
Can you add support for links created by this program?

Unfortunately it seems to be not working under Windows 7. I can't start created link, and I don't see correct file path in its properties.
