Unfortunately I couldn't fix it 100%: In the 64-bit version, the first Ctrl+A selects the command line just fine, but the second one will again clear it. I couldn't find the reason for that - it seems to be handled by Microsoft's auto-complete code.
In the 32-bit version, I managed to fix it by reading the content of the command line and setting it again. But this didn't help in 64-bit.

Thanks for confirming the fix in 32-bit! I will leave it like it is for 64-bit since it works on the first Ctrl+A. Disabling and re-enabling autocomplete might cause other problems, so I prefer not to do it.
