Hi!
After a while of disuse windows shuts down the HDD. Which wouldn't be a problem. But if I have a TC tab open with that drive and want open a folder/file, it becomes unreadable. Meaning I have to disconnect the drive if I'm lucky enough and Windows lets me or restart the computer or in the worst case I have to run chkdsk because that's the only way to make the folder/file readable again.
[Possible] Bug when restarting a HDD from stand by mode.

Seriously? I'm pretty sure this is not a "Windows flaw" as there are tons of possible reasons: driver problem is just one of them (and the most probable one). So you should check of there is an update for your drivers available (HDD controller, Chipset etc). You should check your memory with Memtest86+, too.avada wrote:Looks like it does. Too bad. Maybe it would be possible do a workaround for this windows flaw.Hacker wrote:avada,
