If I have these entries in my wincmd.ini:
and I open Network Neighborhood in the left panel, then if I go into Peter1 (the PC - blue monitor icon) and go back again, the cursor is now placed on the other Peter1 dir (with the device icon).[Configuration]

Same thing happens if I place the cursor on the Peter1 with the blue monitor and put TC in the background and back to the forebround.
The device in my case is a "CyberLink Media Server" ( http://192.168.1.209:56455/ )
This behaviour is not new to TC9, it also applies to TC 8.52a
