TC crashes when opening folder with media files while in thumbnail view

Hi,
So I know there was a lot of bug reports like this, but I've tried all the suggested methods and it still doesn't work. Basically - when I'm in thumbnail view and open a folder with multiple (more than 10) media files (usually .mp4) the TC instantly crashes.
I've tried installing Icaros 3.2.1 like someone suggested - I think it got slightly better, but in general - no change.
I've tried setting thumbnail size to 256x192 - no change.
I'm on Windows 11, using TC 10.51.
Could someone help me with this?

Try changing to a square thumbnail size, e.g. 192x192 or 256x256. Some older thumbnail handlers crash with non-square thumbnails.

Do you have the K-Lite codec pack installed? They recently added support for non-square thumbnails, so I would recommend that you update it.

Even the actual K-Lite package crashes with non-square thumbnail size of 256x192.
So better stay with square sizes.
